Shipping & Handling We offer shipping to all US & Canadian destinations, as well as local delivery to Orange County and portions of Los Angeles, San Bernardino & Riverside Counties.

At check out, you will have your choice of hand delivery (Southern California Only), UPS (ground or express options), and USPS 2-3Day.
Regular UPS ground shipping rates start at $9.50(plus handling)and go as low as $4.50 an item (depending on quantity), within the contigual U.S.

**HOSPITAL DELIVERIES: Packages sent to hospitals are forwarded to the hospital receiving area, NOT directly to the patients room. We highly recommend verifying the availability or patients length of stay before requesting deliveries to these locations. We cannot be responsible for gifts that are delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information, hospital misplacement, or early patient discharge.
At Baskets n' Such, we pride ourselves in being "Earth Friendly". Unless otherwise requested, and whenever possible, we use recycled shipping materials.
Our Return Policy Will be happy to replace a gift that was damaged in shipping & handling, or did not meet your expectations*. Simply call us within 48 hours of your order receipt, and we will make arrangements to pick up the unopened gift and reship a new one.
